This recipe came to us through Virginia Haskell from her aunt, who was a teacher in California.
Virginia was a neighbor of the Charles Shoecrafts when they lived at 3020 E. Mitchell Drive in Phoenix,
Arizona. This was in the 1960s.

2   Eggs---beat well
1/2  c. sugar
4   pkgs cream cheese  (4 oz pkgs)
1/2  tsp vanilla
Mix  well and pour into cheese cake pan lined with Graham Cracker Crust.
Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees--cool 15 minutes, in oven, with door open.
(This is a change from earlier, 20 minutes does not set the filling properly but 25 does.)
Remove from oven and add topping of:
3/4  pt. sour cream
2 TB granulated sugar
1/2  tsp. Vanilla

Pour over cake and bake @ 475 degrees (pre heated) for  5  minutes,  chill after cooling.
