FIESTA RICE  AND  CHICKEN  CASSEROLE
This recipe is from Cheryl Riggs--
A great cook---

4  cups cooked rice
1  16 oz   can chopped tomatoes--drained
1 small onion--chopped
1 can Chicken Mushroom soup
2  cups cooked chicken--cut bite size

Combine above and place 1/2  in greased, 2 1/2  qt. casserole

1  cup sour cream
7  oz. can whole chilis, seeded and cut into strips
3 cups shredded Jack Cheese

Cover the rice mixture with 1/2 of the sour cream,  1/2 of the chilis, and 1/2 of the jack cheese.
Repeat layering--ending with jack cheese

Bake--uncovered--350  degrees--45 minutes.
